"I have been a serious fan of Gringos since they opened over 25 years ago, buying lunch from there at least once a week. Something has changed in the last year, and I won't go back again. The last 3-4 times I've been there, the rice was so dried up, it was like biting a rock; food portions have gotten smaller, while prices have increased. I personally witnessed a customer order 12 tacos with sour cream, and get charged $12 extra for the added sour cream. Manager was so rude when the customer complained and refused to pay $12 for sour cream. There was no compromise."

if I could give a worse score than 1star, I would. gringos is now more absolute müll. the expensive tacos with little to no ingredient in each, and they have taken naturally in the meat cuz, it is literally only browned hamburger. not even salt. go to joplin or webb city if they want gringos.

in the car ride wait 15 minutes, ordered a Fiesta bowl with a side of guacamole I was asked if I wanted to get hot or mild sauce in the window, the Fiesta bowl had hardly asked anything in it to double meat was charged for it not getting. the bowl tasted like styrofoam, inedible would not recommend the neosho mo gringos.
