I couldn't be helped anymore, and I would comfort you with the answer: you get the money today. After an hour the supplier appeared again and asked me again if I had some money. The ordered ciabatta was also completely softened and no longer crispy. At Tele Pizza we no longer order! Shame! There was no compensation either."
