"Normally I'm not one to complain but my experience this afternoon was terrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered a plain chicken sandwich, 3 piece chicken tender with buffalo sauce, a plain cheeseburger and 2 waters. When I got my food, the cheeseburger was not plain and I was missing the buffalo sauce and straws for my waters. I went inside to get my missing items where the only other customer there was complaining about how long it was taking to get 2 burgers. I understand most places are short staffed, but there were 3 teenagers in the front who acted totally clueless as to what they were supposed to be doing."

Food is always great in the french fries are great and the people that played on you and take your order they are the best

faster and friendly service. the shroom and the Swiss were absolutely delicious. I have auto thru and 20 minutes drive to home, still hot.

I have never been so disgusted with Hardees in Oliver Springs. My husband brought us dinner home and we had 3 med packs of fries that was cold and literally 10 fries total in each box. The food was over $25.00 but worth nothing If the service can't be any better than this, it needs to shut down.
