My primal sandwich looked nothing like the pictures in the ads. The top was dry, while the bottom was soggy. What on earth happened?

My favorite spot on Sunday mornings is the drive-thru where I grab my Loaded Omelette Biscuit! My friend NeNe introduced me to it about three years ago, and I've been obsessed ever since. I don't go too often because I like to keep it special, but every time I do, my order is ready quickly, and it's always hot and delicious.

I never give stars to fast food places for the food itself. For me, it's all about the staff and the people working there that create a positive experience. The young workers (I’m only 31, can I refer to them as kids?) often look exhausted, but they still manage to perk up and treat me well. While I don’t have much to say, I do enjoy the burgers, and the fries are fantastic. I usually prefer Five Guys, but with gas prices being what they are, who can afford that right now? Setting aside any other concerns, this location is clean and well-maintained.
