"One sentence... a unique place... It is the best restaurant not only in Türkbükü but in the whole of Bodrum. First of all, they have very good appetizers, for example; especially the fish pastrami.... My God, it's wonderful, They have a yoghurt and crispy pepper appetizer (the recipe is kept a secret). Erect the statue of the master who made that appetizer at the entrance of Bodrum... Octopus legs and calamari are amazing... Be sure to ask for pickles as an appetizer... As far as I learned, the pickles are in the restaurant itself. It is made by the owner, definitely ask for it.... I don't know if they usually serve pickle juice with raki, but I specifically asked for it and they brought it, thank you... They offer the best quality of everything to their customers... For example, we asked for a salad and it came.... that tomato is excessive, like a village tomato. Like other delicious places, they do not compromise on quality and cleanliness in order to be fast. They even peeled the skins of the tomatoes carefully.... All the greens were washed very well and very fresh... I could not have guessed that the best melon and watermelon I have ever eaten in my life would be here... And not to forget the service. Very fast.... Among the fish, the turbot is my favorite... I also recommend the bonito and sea bass, but the turbot is something else.... The owner of the place took great care of us, the staff is very good, the service is fast, in short, if we go back to the beginning, it is a unique place. "Particularly disappointing and overrated for the money you pay. We had high expectations as this is the signature restaurant of the hotel. The main issue was the service by the staff. Welcoming was non-existent, service was rushed, food wasn’t described when served. When we asked about what is special about “tomato risotto”, the waiter just replied “just the risotto you know with tomato inside”, not sure if this was a joke but surely wasn’t funny and not what you expect from a restaurant bragging about their chef and food. We couldn’t find much Latin-American touch in the dishes, however the dishes were tasty. We honestly regretted not having booked Kitchen instead."
