And ... the food was amazing. We had the course menue which was very nicely presented and everything was very tasteful and seasoned to the point. The wine recommendations were perfectly matching each course and with the very attentive and friendly staff, we enjoyed an excellent dinner at Hinterding. Thank you"

Enjoyed the three menu greatly and for the first time ever I could not decide what I enjoy most. We has the Zander fish and venison. Really enjoyed Land und Meer entree. Devine

our first visit in a restaurant since the outbreak at the beginning of the year and we were not sure what to expect. to our joy, the restaurant owners have taken great care to keep the sparing and pandemic precautions on site and place without making us or the...other two parties in the restaurant uncomfortable. eating was amazing. we had the cure menu, which was very beautifully presented and everything was very tasteful and seasoned. the weepings perfectly matched to any cure and with the very attentive and friendly staff we enjoyed an excellent evening meal in background.
