"great food and amazing service. at my first visit to this place they made my order wrong, so I made a complaint on the website. within less hours the manager called me toby and invited me back to give them the chance to make it right. I stopped today and let the personal know that I spoke to toby and they have already given up my name. I'm glad I went back because our food came great and the customer service made the trip worth. we will definitely be back many times."

I absolutely love their burgers, especially the double meat with everything on it. It was worth every bite and I can't wait to go back for more.

I ordered the classic #1 and big boy #4 burgers at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the #1 burger was missing pickles and the #4 burger was missing bacon. I had ordered a large meal but received small portions instead. Despite these mistakes, I was understanding because there were only two employees working on a busy Friday night.

When ordering, the staff fails to mention that they charge extra for cheese if it is not included with the burger. They also do not disclose that there is an additional fee for seasoning on sandwiches, even if other seasonings are already included. This lack of transparency is concerning and reflects greedy and deceptive business practices.
