"Very unacceptable experience this morning. I totally understand being short handed but there was no customer service whatsoever. No one said even a word to us our entire time there, probably about 45 minutes. We walked in and waited 10 minutes before anyone sat us, then waited and waited for anyone to even greet, let alone acknowledge us. No one ever did, not even to get our drink order or tell us someone would be with us shortly. The servers saw us, continued serving other tables, tried to completely avoid eye contact with us. If you want a discrete IHOP location then this is the place to go. It is tucked in a little corner next to the freeway hidden from view. There's almost no wait to get served and the food is just what you would expect from an IHOP. The staff was very friendly and we were served quickly. My friend and I stayed and talked a while and at no point did we feel pressured to leave. Love the service, I will be back at some point I'm sure!

I ordered food to pick up online. I sent my husband to pick it up and they marked it ready at 10:35 AM. He didnt even see the order until 10:53 AM. When he got home, not only was the tood cold and the eggs were dry, but they gave me the wrong potatoes, my bacon was halfway raw, and they didnt provide any syrup with the pancakes. Highly disappointed, they need to learn to pay better attention and give better customer service. This isnt the first time this has happened either. I'll drive to Centerville or Salt Lake before going to the Woods Cross location again and I live in Woods Cross.
