"Overall, the restaurant is wonderful. However, I would recommend not sitting on the right side of the restaurant, particularly the tables against the wall. During my visit, we were seated in that area by the staff and experienced some shaking of the table and chair while we were eating. At first, I thought it was a small earthquake, but it turns out the vibrations were coming from the laundromat next to IHOP. If someone is using that laundromat, you may feel the vibrations in the restaurant."

I really enjoyed the variety of food options at this restaurant. The blueberry lemonade was exceptional! However, the crepe was a bit too soggy for my liking.

I have looks the same it serves the same the food was good the Belgian waffle but it was a little cold service was okay not to complain over and off 1 to 10 I'll give him an eight

The server was extremely pleasant and the restaurant itself was spotless. While it may seem out of place in a small strip mall, the food was served piping hot and tasted delicious.
