"I love the quality of coffee and food you can get here, but for the longest my partner and I have joked the customer service feels like we're getting bullied lol. Came in this Sunday and encountered the rudest barista yet, she lacked severe customer service skills and I say this as someone who has, and still works in coffee myself. Everyone is different, we don't all have to be bright and sunny and warm with our customer service, but you can still be polite without being cold and blunt. Save yourself and go down the road to the white hart. Everything from the coffee to the environment is better. This place has just gone way downhill under new management.

Took a drive up to Millerton and popped into the cafe today. The two young girls serving had zero skills interacting with customers. They were completely dismissive when asked about certain items on the menu and were terse. My husband and I have stopped by this cafe many times. Today has put me off from coming here again. These girls should get trained in interacting pleasantly to their customers.
