"Disappointed. We've dined at Ivars many times and have always enjoyed this location... Until last night.. 5:30 reservations on a Sunday, requested window seating.. Show up and they take us to a booth in the far, far back in a noisy room full of what seemed like a group party.. Are you serious? It could not be farther from what we wanted.. If you can't seat us at a window can you at least mention out options before you lead us on a trek all the way through the restaurant? So, we tell the hostess, there is no way we are sitting there.. So then we have to go ALL THE WAY back to the hostess stand to figure it out.. Finally get a table closer to the window.. Server shows up, takes our drink...re...

I always enjoyed this restaurant. the salmon dishes are delicious; high quality food. I found the hostess very well and the service. the ambiente is beautiful. I always had a good meal and pleasant experience here.

I am a non-seafood eater and this place has amazing food and service. the steak with the Gorganzola butter and with the finger potatoes is great. the hills are lively weeping with local WA wines delicious. to it from chocolate decadence for dessert....fantastic sa in the bar had eddie and sol waiting for me, which are the best.

the place is very quiet, it is very rare to see customers and the door is almost always closed although they are actually open for the business. her gelato has won a kind of competitions, according to the certificates on the wall, so I have no doubt about the quality her chocolate gelato should be one of the best sellers, and it deserves the title. it is rich, without icy particles inside, smooth and very pleasant.
