"We went to the one in Pearl City, Hawaii. Got seated after 5 10 minute wait. We got the Sashimi Matsuri eventhough the waitress and waiter was nice to tell us they didn't have that much of a variety in season (it was our first time in hawaii and we were staying in Honolulu, so we weren't going to come back anytime soon so we wanted to try it out). they hustle customers for tipp! it was a minimum requirement that we change our top to at least 18% or more. I had changed my tip amount to my bill and was not happy about it.

very disappointing. after reading the reviews I thought that this place would be very good. we even canceled sansei to come here, and that was a mistake. very too expensive for the low quality sushi get them, and the service was chaotic, and that is it mild. To be honest, they avoid this place as there are much better options s around.

Some of the best sushi I've ever had. Cute little restaurant located in a Japanese food court. Like everything else in Hawaii, it's pricier than you would pay in other places, but there were tons of options and the service was quick (we were in and out in 45 mins max). Great for parents that want to eat their fill without spending 2 hours somewhere with impatient kids.
