"Drive thru, requested chicken fajita pita without chk. Add tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, grilled onions. Easy to make right? Pita was hard, wasn’t edible No grilled onions, big tomatoes, a end of iceberg lettuce. Where’s the green leaf?. Very dissatisfied!. Called a few times to speak w manager to No avail.. requesting my money back. JIB#152 1141-1218 Spoke w a female manager approximately 1427 location, she offered no apologies, her response was that the pita is pre made that they’re short staff.. ooops!! Manager clearly needs management training!"

My favorite Jack in the box their food is always way better than any other Jack in the box always fresh they even gave me a sample of something I asked that I hadn't eaten before very very nice

Walked to this location at 7, sign says dining in hours until 8. Door is locked employee sitting on the phone at the table. This place is a constant mess with how it operates. obviously the owner doesn't care. If they aren't randomly closing , they can't get an order right. I've gotten polar opposites of what I ordered before (spring rolls instead of jalapeno poppers that were even on the recipe)
