hallo, we were already several colors in the jägerhof, it was always good and the services very friendly. we also don't mind that the more cozy dining room is smoker zone, the next room (non-smoking) is a bit too sterile for our taste. we like to come back. love greetings by inge and heinz

Nachdem nach 1,5 Stunden noch niemand da war, erfolgte durch uns ein Anruf in der Pizzeria. Wir bekamen die Antwort, dass die Lieferung in Kürze erfolgt. Natürlich ist nichts passiert. Nach über 2,5 Stunden haben wir wieder dort angerufen. Diesmal kam die Aussage, der Fahrer hätte die Adresse nicht gefunden : . Naja, es gibt ja Navis oder Handys. Zumal wäre ein Anruf bei uns auch sicher hilfreich gewesen. Aber anscheinend hält man dort nichts davon die Kunden zu informieren. Das ganze Thema hat sich dann tatsächlich über mehr als 4 Stunden hingezogen, ohne dass eine Lieferung erfolgt ist. Stornierung natürlich durch uns. Geld zurückgefodert. Bis zum nächsten Tag keine Erstattung erhalten. Paypal wurde zur Klärung beauftragt."
