"Sad potential wasted, nice hideaway spot, but with no organization. If it's busy, don't bother...small parking spaces that scrape your bumper, one bathroom, and always understaffed. If it's slow, then you are in the right place, because that's all they plan for. You can tell the servers they're trying their best with little to no help from management....seems more of an event planner than a manager, but it's all run by friends, not professional at all....Especially when you see pots of food on the ground through the window, who knows what's fallen in that."

"Always SO good. Both of my young adult children have been employed there for years and I think that is really telling. Gatwyns II is run by a fantastic group of individuals, from the owners to the cooks to the wait staff.... They are all VERY dedicated and it shows in the delicious food and great service!!"

"We had our wedding at Andre's and it was an exceptional experience. First, the food is phenomenal. Andre is an incredible chef. Every time we see guests, they still rave about the food, especially the pizza. The service is also fantastic. All of the servers are friendly, warm, and welcoming. The venue is beautiful the lake is the perfect backdrop for a an outdoor ceremony, and Tracey has great taste when it comes to all things design decor. We've also been to Andre's several times for dinner, including the tasting menu, and we always have a great experience excellent food, kind staff, great atmosphere. I highly recommend Andre's for your next date night or event!"

"I hate writing reviews unless I have to but this place deserves it. The Jefferson diner used to be awesome and a great place to grab a bite until a few years ago there was a noticeable change. The prices got jacked up out the roof, the service got much worse, and the food is mid at best. The place got greedy and glides by now by their old reputation and the fact they were on tv a couple times. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. There’s plenty of other better restaurants in the area."

"I'm not exactly sure where I start this amazing review. To start the restaurant itself, it is located in an absolutely beautiful seaside location with absolutely stunning, cheerful looking at Lake Hopatcong especially at a clear night where you can see the sunset. My girlfriend and I have here on 21. June showed up for our 1 month anniversary, and we couldn't be happy to see how everything turned out. Upon arrival to the restaurant we went in and were greeted by an incredibly friendly interior. We were directed to the outdoor host to have space as we had an outside reservation. While walking through the main dining room, we noticed the absolutely amazing decor and the comforting feeling distributed over the room. You had a bar like a boat that I personally absolutely loved. When we made our way out, we were greeted by another incredibly friendly host who showed us on our table. We sat in the outdoor terrace at a table near the water. We were told that all menus were on a QR code that was added to the table. We were then greeted by our absolutely amazing waitress Sarah, who was extremely friendly, starting and very helpful. She even has a picture of us with the sunset behind us. We both started the evening with a glass of Seaglass Pinot Grigio 2020 and the Fried Calamari and Garlic Clams appetizer. The Calamari was beautifully spiced and came with the rings as well as tentacles, the perfect friend and came with a side of Marinara and Chipotle Aioli. The garlic clams were even more incredible in a perfectly balanced garlic butter. We liked the Seaglass Pinot Grigio so much that we ordered a bottle. For our friends I had the salmon, and she had the carne asada with garlic shrimp. To say the Entrees were over delicious is an understatement, words can not even describe how perfectly cooked the salmon was and you didn't even need a knife to cut it. It came on a beautifully cooked risotto and one side of Broccoli. For the Carne Asada with garlic shrimps it was perfectly cooked, and the shrimp seemed to melt in the mouth! For Dessert, our waitress recommended the Molten Lava Cake with ice cream, which we ended always and absolutely perishing. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a jubilee dinner, or really any kind of occasion. The menu is huge and has everything from seafood to burgers to pizza and they even have a children's menu! The service here is exceptional and they made our 1-month anniversary a night to remember! We will be 100% back!"
