Amazing ramyun noodles and delicious appetizers. The Family Ramyun is a must have, insanely flavorful and not heavy at all (especially compared to typical Japanese ramen). Wasn't the biggest fan of their dry noodle, stick to the ramens!Their toro ssam bap was delicious and so was the Greek yogurt ice cream.As expected from a Michelin star restaurant, great service as expected and pleasant ambience. Insanely value for the quality of the restaurant.

We contacted the restaurant in advance to inquire about their gluten-free options. They assured us they were able to accommodate us. However, when we arrived, we were disappointed with their interpretation of gluten-free. Instead of noodles, they used rice and served raw ingredients on the side. Unfortunately, the raw red meat did not cook in the broth when we added it to the bowl. The end result was a bowl of overly rich broth with uncooked meat slices and a few vegetables. It was a terrible experience. Additionally, they were out of the gluten-free egg option, which could have helped salvage the meal. A lot of reviews recommended that the appetizers were actually better than the noodle dishes and that the toro ssam bap is the star of the show.
