"Two weeks in a row our order was not correct. The first week we ordered online for pickup, when we arrived at first we were told the order was not received and it was probably at Spring Mills. Then all of a sudden the order was put on the pickup table and sat, the cashier had no customer service skills at all. This week I decided to try again and went inside to order, once again the order was wrong and I was standing right there. The man put lettuce on the sub, which I did not want or ask for so he just took the lettuce off. After telling them three times what toppings I wanted, they still got it wrong! The food was SO GOOD! I have never been to this place but I am definitely returning. I don't remember names of the staff but it was on a Tuesday (4/25 around 3:30) the guys there were very kind friendly and the nice lady made me a PERFECT sandwich. I really recommend this place.Kid-friendliness: They have basic sandwiches a child could eat.

Usually we don't have a complaint when coming here. But I have to say, this time was less than great. When I walked in, no one greeted me (not due to being busy) after I had eventually picked up the mobile order, one of the subs wasn't supposed to have onions on it, ended up with them and they had a very strong chemical taste. It's going to be a while before we chose to go back here.

Unsatisfied!! My coworkers and I mobile ordered 3 hot subs for lunch today. When someone came to pick them up, he was told they didn’t have the order, and sent him to the Spring Mills location. (Spring Mills didn’t have it either beings it was ordered at the Martinsburg location). After driving to two locations, and calling the Martinsburg location to figure out what went wrong, they conveniently “found” our order. We asked them to remake them beings these were hot subs and ordered over an hour ago. Our subs were clearly REHEATED, and needed to be reheated AGAIN when we received them. The staff were also very rude when asked to compensate somehow.
