"We ate at this restaurant because we wanted seafood and a local said the place was informal but great food reasonably priced. We had great service from Abby, every food we ate was delicious and cooked perfectly. Portions were quite large and we took enough home for supper. The complimentary chips were made on site, fresh, and as tasty as any we have ever eaten. The seafood soup appetizer was delicious. My wife is not as enthusiastic about sea food as I am and even she loved the soup. I had a seafood platter of calamari and grilled flounder. Both were very tasty. She had a shrimp platter which came with a good number of large shrimp. She had them grilled and they were fantastic. For her sides she chose hush puppies and cole slaw. Both were great. Tastes in cole slaw vary greatly but this recipe was just how we like it. Abby was friendly, professional, and patient with all of our flatlander questions. She was very busy but still took good care of us. In addition to Abby, all employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The manager even stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. In addition to the regular menu items, customers are welcome to choose anything from the seafood store and have it prepared for them. If you went out and caught your own they will also prepare that for you."

"I have mixed reviews about this place. It 's our understanding that it 's under new ownership as the name has changed from will and jacks to just plain burger shack . My husband and I split the Bugsy Blue(mushroom and blue cheese), my son had the jojo special which had Swiss and mushrooms and the younger son had the John dillinger which was bacon, cheddar and green chilies. Let me preface by saying I 've had food poisoning in the past and have a sanitation compulsion. The cooking area is pretty open and seating outside had condiments sitting on the tables in 90 degree weather. They also looked pretty tattered. Needless to say I told family not to use them. We found a cooler enclosed area which was a little better than patio area. The burgers were a good size and tasty. The boys really liked the flavor but the buns were falling apart on all our burgers 1/2 way through our meal. Good food just wish they were more sanitary ‍."

"The food at this restaurant was delicious. My wife ordered the flounder with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli, while my daughters had fried shrimp with rice and chicken tenders with fries. The fries were seasoned well and not like McDonald's fries. I opted for the Philly cheesesteak made with ribeye and fries. The only issue we had was that after we paid and left, we realized that the prices on the menu at the restaurant were different from those online. The kids' meals were more expensive than what was listed online."

"We had a great time dining at this restaurant, which was very welcoming to children. Masks are mandatory, except when eating, and our temperatures were checked upon arrival. The decorations were very impressive and provided lots to see, making it a great spot for taking fun photos. The food was delicious; our group enjoyed burgers, shrimp, blackened fish, and fries."
