"Husband stopped in to get subs for dinner. Young kid taking the order wasn’t paying very good attention and was taking over my husband as he was ordering. Got the food home and it was all wrong. Anytime we come in, the staff taking the orders, regardless who it is, is either rude, doesn’t pay attention to what you’re saying so your order gets messed up, or they are too busy talking to the other employees to take your order properly. Great food when it’s correct, but they need to do better with customer service!"

I got the shrimp salad sub. Sorry I didn't take a picture. I devoured the whole thing. Only one problem with. They should put a fork with the sub. It was so much shrimp every bite shrimp was falling. ? I'll be back?

0 STARS. ordered a sub and received a completely different one. called the store 8 times before they closed because i knew i wouldn’t make it back in time. was hung up on and couldn’t get in contact with anyone. very dissatisfied and a waste of time and money. please do better

let me say one thing, I have a chicken cheese steak sub. it was the best sub I ever got the huh was so tender and the sub was delicious. I wish I had made a photo so I could show them how it looked, I have been going to john’s for about 45 years and it is so good love woman pat and her family john’s italian deli is the best around!!!
