"Ordered a Chicken sandwich and fries wit a drink, they acted like it was a sin to use cash then gave me a drink and said I was already given my food which I was not and tonight a order got placed on uber eats, they messed up the order as well, instead ofa chicken sandwich combo with friends and a drink I got a drink, cole slaw, biscuits and 2 sides of gravy I hate gravy btw).This place is a poor excuse for a restaurant, I don't recommend anyone ever go to this horrible establishment. Whoever isworking there needs fired along with the poor excuse for a food delivery driver because the one time I actually get a drink therest of the order is completely messed up."

These guys are an awesome stopping point. The food is great and they are always quick with an order.

It's a typical KFC though the layout of the parking lot could be better, otherwise the quality of the food they sell is good and the price is reasonable

"When dining at a national chain restaurant, you can expect consistent food quality, predictable service, and pricing. During our visit on Father's Day, we were informed of a 30-45 minute wait, but were pleasantly surprised when we were seated in just 25 minutes. "So glad to have stumbled on this restaurant. Great service and excellent food. We ordered a wide assortment of dishes, and they were all wildly delicious. (The crispy yellow tofu salad and pickled mango pork were especially amazing, and we’ll definitely go back for them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys South/Southeast Asian cuisines. It definitely won’t disappoint!"

"the service was unforgivingly slow, eating was very moderate and it was ridiculously expensive our most expensive meal ever! the hands of the waiter shook nervously or in retreat? my drink job was wrong twice, and I finally gave up and went to cry. my chicken was over boiled, dry and hard, and my cousin looked out and tasted like candy pellets. the people from the kitchen brought food into the room and then didn't know who was then wandering to ask everyone who ordered it? the people next to us said you were eating ice cold. what a terrible experience! and on Valentine's Day no less. we used to come to willow for fine eating and excellent eating. what happened in the world? I'm so disappointed. we will not be back."

"The vibe was very relaxing. The service was good, and the food was great! Spider rolls were great. The fried soft shell crab inside the rolls was really crispy with tasty sauce. I also had a spicy ocean udon soup which was really delicious with fresh seafood and the broth was very flavorful. I also like that they provided small containers of condiments allowing me to add some spiciness. I did enjoy my dinner and will definitely return!"
