"This was the most disappointing fast food experience I have ever had. I was instructed to pull around to the drive-thru because my order was not ready. I had ordered a two piece meal with fries and a drink, and was initially told it would be a 5 minute wait. However, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes before going inside to check on my order, only to find out that they had forgotten about it. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I finally received two chicken legs and a drink, but they were still not able to provide me with my fries and biscuit. I'm delighted to have the opportunity to dine in at this restaurant again. There was a small error with our side dishes (which may have been my fault), but the staff promptly corrected it and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. Thank you!

I placed an order and paid for my food at the restaurant. After waiting for 10 minutes and seeing everyone else in my group receive their meals, I inquired about mine. The cashier seemed to doubt that I had placed an order or paid, even though I had a receipt. They then questioned whether I had received my food but mistakenly ate it and got confused.

I just KFCin south side Al. I ordered the 12 meal w/ 3 sides. I was told at the window all they had available were 3 breast and 8 wings. I asked if they were dropping g more chicken, she said would be 15 to 18 minutes so we decided to wait. Food came andwe went home. I checked to make sure I had my sides but I didn?t count the chicken in the parking lot. I ordered 12 I paid for12 and received 8. The Mac n cheese was very dry and hard. Like it was scraped from the bottom. The staff was very unfriendlyand I swear to God they didn?t even crack a smile. I will not visit this restaurant again.if you do I wish you luck.
