"This sit in Tazwell has not had chicken before. This time i tried to order on the app. One hour and a half before pickup. I got there and still had to wait 20 more mins because i was told they didn't get the order unto 5min before pick up. Im not going to try and get any more chicken from here again. I' ll get chicken from a gas station first."

Just stood in line for about 20 minutes with at least 6 other people, nobody ever even came up to take anyone's order the whole time.

I ordered original recipe wings. Husband ordered extra crispy wings. Whatever it was we were given, he and I had the same thing. It didn't take like extra crispy nor did it taste like original recipe. They were all hard and dry. All the wings were dried out.
