"I received terrible customer service. I went through the drive through and didn?t receive something I thought I ordered. I had ordered extra sauce, but unfortunately, none was included. Also, the chicken breast seemed to be a strange white jelly, possibly undercooked. On the bright side, the fries were tasty.

I have always found KFC to be inconsistent in terms of the quality of their food. It doesn't seem to matter which location you visit. Despite ordering late, I was disappointed to find that the biscuits were extremely dry and tough, as if they had been sitting out all day. The chicken was also dry and tough, giving the impression that it was old.

Had a coupon for a free sandwich ask if I could have it with no bun and was rudely told no. Never heard of such a thing and I?ve worked in the food industry a lot. No substitutions I can understand but if I can get the sandwich without pickles and that?snot a problem why can I not get it without a bun? Managers answer, because the coupon says sandwich. They have a dirtyrestaurant and subpar food so should probably at least be friendly. Don?t even know why I?m making this, this place has beenlike this for so many years nothing will ever change. If you can just drive farther to another KFC I guarantee it?ll be worthit.
