"The last few times that I have gotten food from this KFC, they have forgotten at least one thing on my meal. This time, I ordered a double order of mashed potatoes and they gave me fries instead. My sister and I went through the drive thru a couple of weeks ago and the guy taking orders kept cutting her off and was extremely rude. I get that we’re still dealing with the whole Covid thing and lack of people who actually want to work but when a customer is specific on an order, try to make it correctly or else get a new job. It’s not that hard!"

Lobby was closed... Sat in drive thru 20+ minutes..Order was wrong.. Famous Bowl had over fried chicken..

I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy all dark and I was told it would take a while and I could not all dark, I ask why she said because, so I went somewhere else

Chicken tenders were terrible! Spent $31 on a tender family meal, get it home and the chicken was like it was saved from last week. They were hard and dried out. Tried to call the store several times and never got an answer.
