"Terrible experience. On Monday at 6:30 PM, I was told they had no buckets of chicken. Then on Thursday at 8 PM, they didn't have fries available. Finally, on Saturday at 7 PM, I found out they were out of tenders. This seems to be the norm when you visit. Expect them to frequently not have menu items in stock, and when you do place an order, be prepared to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru."

I ordered the original flavor, but I received the extra crispy, which I really don't enjoy. The chicken was terrible.

The order was just as I expected—everything was fresh and satisfactory. However, I wish they offered the Nashville Hot sauce for the Original Recipe Chicken. It would be great if they sold a small side of it so I could add it to my chicken; I’d be willing to pay for that!
