I interacted with the manager today, who I believe was named Courtney. She was very polite, and the food tasted fresh. The service was quick as well! I couldn't have asked for better service.

The service, food quality, and speed of the drive-thru process are excellent. My only issue was that there was very little gravy provided for all the potatoes in the $30 dinner. I highly recommend Lincolnton's KFC to anyone looking for chicken and a quick meal for the family.
