"I gave four out of pure sympathy. I understand that you are short-circuited, but the quality of the food here is terrible. At the managers/owners I'm pretty sure that I know what you're doing to save money as I've previously worked in the food service and I have seen in some places what length a manager will go to save money. I'm here to tell STOP that chicken tastes like you cooked it, freeze it and then microwave. And why does Cole Slaw smell like that????? The Mac and the cheese were well overcooked, I'm curious how many times it was reheated? The employees were very polite and I didn't go back to complain because I was afraid I was polite about it. So well tasted! Remembered when we were kids and our family brought us to a picnic as we enjoyed our big bucket Kentucky roasted chicken! Workers at this point were very polite, friendly and fast. Go!

I was in a LOT of KFC in the eastern USA in my life and have the waist to prove it! This has, hand-down, the fastest service and they have never even got my order wrong. Let's be honest, it happens in fast food! The food is always the right temperature and the soda is never watery, which tells me they keep on machine maintenance. The staff is always annoying, they are never impatient at the Drive-Thru speaker. This team is doing a great job!
