"I wish there were a 0 to choose from. This is absolutely the sorriest excuse for a chicken restaurant I have ever experienced. I paid $40 for a meal of extra crispy chicken and chicken tenders and the sides. Got it home, and it was all soggy and nasty.Called and complained about it and was reluctantly given a replacement meal. And it was WORSE than the original. And it wasn'teven all there!!! And STILL not crispy chicken. I don't know if all KFCs have sunk to this sorry quality level but if so,POPEYES is the only place I will go to from here on out!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! ????????"

We bought the 8 piece strip meal the cost was $31 the strips were tiny and dried out and hard. The only good stuff was the sides I am so disappointed with this restaurant I will not buy here ever again.

Just blew 50 dollars for a extra crispy family pack and a famous bowl... didn't get any biscuits with my bowl....the chicken was soggy and dry.... terrible food my 2 year old doesn't even eat it and she loves chicken..

If zero were an option. Never even got parked. Pulled into parking lot about 8:15 pm. Asked two uniformed teenage employees who were just sitting out front doing nothing, if the lobby was open, the response in a nasty tone from the employees was to ask meif it was 10:00 pm yet. Haven?t been here in months and it may be longer before I ever come back. This place never fails todisappoint.

"The restaurant has a very pleasant, clean, and one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The staff is always very friendly and incredibly quick, yet professional. The menu offers a large selection of food and drinks. They are happy to customize your order. The food presentation is impressive. I particularly enjoy their fresh salsa and always ask for more. "Didn't really like the chicken. It was kind of dry. The iced tea wasn't really to good either. A few sips and I felt kind of off. Prices were a bit too high in my opinion too. It is basically fast food after all. Just not what i was expecting. The place does have a cool name though."

"Tonight was our first visit. We are new to Searcy and explore our new community. My husband ordered the Shrimp Scampi. My salad had the tomatoes, Basil Essigette House Dressing. I wish I had the recipe. It was fantastic. So was the fresh bread and marinara. HTB is allergic to lemons and did not realize that the white wine sauce also had lemons. When he told our waitress, Cassie, she offered to replace the dish with another one from the menu. The owner came out quickly and apologized. He explained how the sauce is made and also offered to make a new dish. Both dishes were the best of us cost in an Italian restaurant. We refused another dish when the portions were filled. We exchanged our plates and enjoyed the rest at home. The Italian cream cake was also fresh and delicious. We will be back!!! I wish there was a love button to connect the page. Like an understatement."
