"a situation happened that was not good with us. I have reserved for 11 people before some weeks. before a week I got a call that asked if we still come to the restaurant; I confirmed a day before our reservation, I got an email when the reservation was still standing; I confirmed. on the day of the reservation, I got two phone calls from Kobe ask an hour apart whether we still come and were there will be 11 people I confirmed. when nine of us were in time, I told them the last two would be 15-20 minutes. Late. the manager said they wouldn't put us until everyone was there. I said they don't have to serve us, we can just sit on the table. the answer was a clear no. it just didn't make sense....
