"Daughter was celebrating her 27th birthday and she wanted to have some fun while dining. It is very entertaining to watch these chef's cook and do their thing. All the food is cooked in front of you using whipped butter mixed with fresh garlic. It is a pricey dining experience but the food is flavorful and plentiful. Fun to have them sing happy birthday as well. It gets pretty busy during the dinner hour even on the week days so plan accordingly."

We came for dinner after my son's graduation. The staff was friendly and polite. We were seated immediately. The preparation of the meal (in front of us), was entertaining. The flavor of the food was excellent, however the portions could have been a little bigger. Prices were a little on the high side.

My daughter selected Kobe for her 13th Birthday dinner over all other Anchorage restaurants (including Benihana where we went last year). Service was great, chef was fantastic! He kept the tween/teens engaged and entertained. The food was fantastic, my scallops were cooked perfectly. A fun and delicious restaurant!
