"We stayed there after Christmas for lunch and had among other things 2x the Bauerpfanne, which should contain pork medals. These were best pieces of a carving and also quite firm, but still left. When questioning whether it tasted, I noticed that the meat was pretty firm. Only reaction was a smile. Something disappointing. I'm sorry, but that's gonna make our canteen better."
