The service has always been good when we have had a craving for the Krystal cuisine. The fries are always hot fresh. It just needs to be cleaner.

Ordered 10 Krystal's and 2 Krystal chick meals at 12:30 am 12/7. Guy at the window said my order was to much I should have called ahead. Then the guy in the back started cussing me. And I told the guy at the window I could hear everything the other guy was saying and the guy in the back said he didn't give a blank ity blank.

I stopped at this location a couple times prior, and I had a pretty good experience. My food was cooked fresh, the staff was pleasant. This particular visit was the opposite. My food wasn't as hot, and it was extremely salty. The cashier was a little short with me but nothing extremely egregious. I don't frequent Krystal, but this particular visit will definitely lessen my visits even more.
