"The way you handle simple situations can easily determine keeping and losing long time customers. I eat at this restaurant atleast twice a month and my bill is always $60-$100. I always tip the chef, I always tip the waiter. Today is the first time I ever had an issue and it changed my mind about ever spending another dollar of my hard earned money here again. It started off kinda lackluster because though the restaurant was empty the waiter didn 't bring the soup to the table until our food was half cooked, it obviously sat on the counter waiting for him to come get it because at that point it was no longer hot, but luke warm. Our server Becky was very friendly and helpful!! I can’t eat shellfish and she had a lot of great recommendations. The sweet potato roll was amazing. The ambiance was very calm and tranquil. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a wonderful lunch today. The food was fantastic. The pot stickers/pork gyoza were fantastic. We also had the cream cheese flowers/crab Rangoons and I had filet and shrimp hibachi and my mom had lobster hibachi. Everything was fantastic. Our waitress was very nice but she was very fast paced, and not as attentive, so it felt like we had to call her over a lot. So service wasn't bad but just could have been a bit better. Other than that we had a fantastic lunch.
