we love la plaza, it is a wonderful, relaxing place and we go there often. the people are great there, the owner is great and really takes care of their customers.

We absolutely adore La Plaza. It's a fantastic, welcoming spot that we frequent often. The staff is exceptional, with a fantastic owner who truly prioritizes their guests' satisfaction.

This restaurant is fantastic for dining. They prepare their dishes fresh instead of using frozen pre-made foods. The salads are fresh and they offer delicious bread. The service is top-notch and the restaurant has a rich history. You can even dine in the hotel's library for lunch. This is definitely the finest dining spot in Walsenburg, Colorado!
