The Chef 's mastery is still as significant and remarkable. A perfect poultry cooking, a delicious wild turbot too. The sweet treats and desserts are also made with care, and we are always delighted when the Chef comes to say hello at the table with his smile and good humor. In addition, the setting is sumptuously contemporary and rare for this type of establishment, as are the serving dishes which are always magnificent. For a starter, main and dessert, it took a total of 3.5 hours. The food is classic, very delicately flavored in fact some food did not taste much).
