"Placed an order and waited 45 minutes in the store just to be told “well I said the order number and no one answered”. No one had said our order, we were being very attentive as one does waiting for food they have paid for. Our food had sat out in the back for who knows how long. Of course while we were standing there waiting we had the chance to take in our surroundings.. so many flies going around in this place. I get it, it’s hard to deal with bugs at a place where there is food but there were A LOT. So much that I was having to swat them away from me while waiting in line. You can tell the floors have not been swept in a long time either. Door handles are sticky, and the service was not great. Our food was thrown together, we were missing items, and as I stated before- the attitude was prominent. As if it were our fault our food had sat for so long. Yes you may say (if anyone reads this) you took time out of your day to write a long negative review? Get a life. Usually I’d say the same, but this time it felt necessary due to the lack of concern from employees. No apologies, just attitude where we were the ones getting blamed. Good luck to anyone who goes here."
