So the ordered steaks were either quickly sold out, which was rewarded with extra waiting time, or you were allowed to wait in front of the station for your steak while the cook didn't look at you. The steak itself was ordered pink medium in the middle but unfortunately tough ... about minutes per side at about thickness ... where is the mistake? The cutlery knife and fork happily disappeared with the plates from the table, replacement was only possible Order at the bar and was brought to the table by the service staff a little later. Certainly a bit complicated but a good method to keep the staff on their toes. Spoons were only available on request from the friendly cook at the grill station.
