"Two times in a row I had the exact same experience. The spicy cheese balls were trash and so was the smokehouse burger. All tasted like old grease. The cheese balls were overcooked and chewy/old tasting. The burger was anything but fresh tasting, taking a shot of old cooking grease would taste the same. I've been 4 times, 1st two times were so good. The last two times (both within this last year) were got awful, to the point I could only eat about 4 bites. Like how could the quality drop off THAT much. I will not be returning for food."
