"Placed an order through drive-through for Taco Bell tonight. When I got home I was missing three items. I should have checked the bag like I usually do but I did not because I was kind of in a hurry. So I went back to the restaurant and had to go through the drive-through because the lobby is still closed. The employees were extremely nice and very apologetic about their mistake and corrected it fast and were super friendly. I see people on here saying that items were forgotten and they were treated poorly. But I wonder exactly how they approached the employees to tell them about it. Mistakes happen. You don’t know if these people are working more than one job or how many kids they’re taking care of when they get off of their shifts. Just be nice to them and they will be nice to you. Mistakes happen, they corrected theirs immediately and apologized with a friendly smile. I will definitely be back and I wanted to say something positive about them because of it."

"Ok so we’ve been waiting for almost 45 mins for our food to come out. Apparently they got “jammed with a big table” according to our waitress, but the 4-Top that came in at the same time as us is done with their meal already, we haven’t even been served our entrees yet. Atmosphere? Not much to talk about. Some booths and tables that’s about it. No ambiance at all. Bread was great. Thats about all we liked. The tomato and basil soup definitely needed more basil. Ok so they just turned off the open sign, it is now 9pm, one hour waiting for entrees and we just got our food. I really want to eat very slowly to make these people all stay here for an hour or two past closing time. Now for the food… The chicken parm was covered in a very thin sauce, more of a tomato soup in my opinion, and it was all sitting on the plate instead of on top of the chicken parm. It ran right off. They serve it with thin spaghetti which was no where near Al dente. I don’t know how this place makes money. They give you way too much food, not complaining from a customer perspective but I can’t imagine that there is much of a profit margin left when you look at food costs due to the huge serving size. Two very large pieces of chicken parm that you can’t possibly eat unless you’ve won the Nathan’s Hot Dog eating competition. Or perhaps they think that piling on the food makes up for an hour wait? Not quite. We won’t be back. Service was horrible. I don’t care if a “big table” jammed the kitchen up. That means you’re either short staffed or just don’t care."

"I moved into labelle about two years ago. The usual coffee place I go to closes up shop early. So I decided to check this place out on a whim. For the longest time I thought this was a bakery not a full fledged restaurant. The place is a pleasant surprise and it had a great view of private planes taking off constantly. I came in here for an iced coffee hazelnut and wasn't expecting anything less than that, so I got a menu and ordered a chicken sandwich, it tasted amazing combo it with the loaded fries and I got to say, I loved it and will probably come here. The vibe in here seems very quiet, I'll will probably come here next time with a date or even invite family to enjoy the experience with me."
