"Went on 2pm late lunch on sat. No customers. Needed help ordering because I haven't been there for a while. Katherine blurred a question out. Took the order and next thing I know I was paying. She never guides me through their menu. I wanted to order more but she rushed my order. I was even trying to show her on my phone. No care whatsoever. I didn't even get a chance to order a drink. Then I get the audacity to leave a tip. What a slap in the face. Here's my tip : don't hire anyone that doesn't want to work in fast food and doesnt know what customer service is. Bad service, I called to place my takeout order when I got home and opened my food, they only put rice with 5/6 shrimp, they also put the other food very badly, I called to let them know and the woman who answered very rudely said no It was my fault that I couldn't change my order or return my money. For 4 orders I paid more than $60 dollars. I do not recommend this place fatal service.
