"We went on the recommendation of our hotel clerks. Nice log cabin atmosphere. Service was good, salad bar was clean plentiful, food was fair. I got a pork medallion dish that was fair at best (very bland! The sauce that came with it was good, but it needed a lot more of it to give the pork any flavor). My husband got the steak, which was very small for the price and just OK. I was hoping it would have been much better given the rave reviews! This is just our experience, hopefully you will enjoy it more than us because obviously we are a minority amongst the reviewers."

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The salad bar was fresh and delicious. My husband and I ordered the chicken salad on a croissant and we were both very disappointed. The chicken salad had no taste. The French fries were good and hot. But the chicken salad... killed it.
