"I ordered a white wine that I've often had, assuming it was still part of the 2-for-1 deal. When I questioned the new bartender about the full price, the new manager quickly approached me, insisting I was mistaken and that it hadn't been a 2-for-1 item. He argued that he didn’t recognize me as a regular and that only three specific brands listed on the menu qualified for the deal. I typically don't even know the wines by brand name! He then asked a bartender who had just started her shift about the pricing, and she reminded him that the 2-for-1 deal had indeed been available before. After that, he left, and I was later informed that he intended to apologize to me, but he never came back....
