Management is completely useless if they want to do something positive they need to end up terminating their own employment I called up ahead of opening to Play say to go or to have it ready right after they open and they tell me that they can't do that until they open you call any other longhorn in the country they will be chomping at the bit to take your to go order but this one on the other hand is just completely incompetent and doesn't wanna do anything I guess they don't like money

my wife and I stopped here for lunch. the place was not buisy, the waitress took our drink order and brought out some, but forgot one. we had to remind them 15 minutes later when they finally brought our suppe and our salat. at this time my drink was empty and I sat the last 30 minutes without a drink. She never came back to ask how it was or whether we needed anything. eating was okay, and I know it's hard to find people working.
