"The food was abundant and satisfying. Prices were very good. The caramel fried ice cream was excellent. The chips salsa and queso were decent. I especially liked the chips as they were not over salty like lots of restaurants. Loved the big cheese smothered burrito! Their French fries are quite good. Didn’t like the “Mexican potatoes“ side dish.Nice casual small town atmosphere. That’s relaxing to me. The waitress on 09/26/20 at 1pm was kind, polite, and attentive. Thumbs up. The Mexican Skillet was “delicious” says my S.O. Very positive experience. I tried the place because my step father is a long time loyalist to the restaurant, and I wanted to know why. I get it now."

No plans to return, had tamales, tacos and street tacos. Was really disappointed. Food was dry/overcooked and the salsa had an odd flavor and was watery.

They were really sweet to us at dinner, and I would definitely come back. We don 't wanna let you go home hungry! They were right lol. Totally worth the trip!
