"An excellent 5/5 rating! I decided to visit this restaurant after a friend recommended it for their hand-pulled noodles. I was impressed by the fact that they made their noodles from scratch, and I was not disappointed at all! The food was delicious and kept me in the dining room for hours. For my main dish, I chose the Roast Pork Hand-Pulled Noodles and had crab Rangoons as an appetizer. The house wine was good with a nice finish, but it was quickly overtaken by the flavorful broth. Authentic Chinese food. I am not talking about beef and broccoli. I am talking about pungent beef, pulled noodles, wide noodle soup, and more. The seafood mix with lotus root is out of this world. Salt and pepper shrimp or calamari is one you will remember. Definitely a must try!!!

If you want authentic hand-pulled noodles made on the premise, accompanied by excellent Cantonese roast pork and roast duck, this is the place for you. It also has an extensive menu, including even special Peking duck with a generous number of pancakes. The restaurant is a bit on the noisy side, and parking is plentiful.

Went here to try the pulled noodles and we weren’t disappointed. We got the beef noodle soup with pulled noodles and the pork noodle soup with knife cut noodles. Both were delicious and pretty authentic. The noodles were really tasty, but we thought the broth was a little salty. I would have liked a little more vegetable, and the beef wasn’t as tender as I like it, but you really can’t get noodles like these many places. Service was decent. While we didn’t try any of the other dishes, people next to us got a variety of food that looked really appetizing. We definitely plan to go back and try some of the other entrees.
