"to the birthday dinner of my wife we went to the rolandsbogen to enjoy the beautiful view over the Rhine Valley, combined with good food and wine. our adult children enjoyed the pork fillet on calvados frame. very good. my wife had the razing and surfing. duett vom eifler rinderfilet und black tiger garnele, excellent roasted medium with beautiful boiled mushroom risotto. I had half the duck with orange sauce. it was beautifully presented by removing all bones from inside, great idea. but yes there is a big one, but: it was absolutely not freshly baked, therefore not crispy at all. it was only heated in a microwave instead of an salamander. the flesh was gray and unpleasant to see. the tast...

beautiful restaurant with many indoor and outdoor areas. the choices in the menu are basic, but good quality. outside is only self-service. be ready for long queues at busy weeks. the staff was very friendly. the best is the absolutely breathtaking view. over the Rhine Valley and the seven mountains.
