"I would not recommend this restaurant. This is the second time I have received poor quality meat. This time, I ordered a ribeye but received a cut that looked more like a top sirloin. When I asked the waitress if it was really a ribeye, she assured me it was. The steak was tough and lacked flavor for a medium-cooked piece - there was no marble. However, my wife's seafood dish was delicious."

"You don't go around saying who thag was; that's a a staff member accusing you of something you didn't do. You need to be retrained. One of the worst, and most obnoxious places; the servers constantly lose track of the orders ,or conplely forget about them; they're constantly very, and extremely unorganized even when it's not even busy."

"Writing this because fast food and service workers don’t get as much appreciation as they deserve. Sent my son to this location to get me 1 mango lemonade and one straw lemonade both no ice. (I mix them together in a large cup,so good! they both had ice. I called and the last I talked to was so nice and sweet. Said I can come get them replaced whenever. Went there a hr later to be greeted by the very sweet and friendly young lady with long beautiful braids. I went in cause the drive thru was long. Not sure if they we’re short staffed but regardless of any of that this young lady had a smile on her face and was happy to fix the problem for me, all while covering drive thru and the front. I appreciate that so much especially being in the service industry for over 30 years it’s just nice to be appreciated sometimes."

"I usually have a great time at this restaurant, but today I tried ordering ahead and when I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they had run out of plain bagels, which I can understand since it was close to closing time. They asked if I would like to try a different type of bagel, to which I agreed. I had requested for both bagels to be warmed up and for one to have cream cheese, but unfortunately when I received my order, neither bagel was warm and there was no cream cheese on the second one."
