"Family owned by a wonderful, warm friendly family, Main Moon has become a Simsbury treasure as far as I'm concerned; and have lived in this town for almost 50 years. The food is very reliable, meaning once you've had a dish, you can expect it to always taste just as good as the first time you enjoyed it. Service is friendly, delivery is always very speedy! I usually judge places on reviews. Unlike a few others I've read, this is one of the best Chinese spots I've found. I've literally never had a problem with my orders, quality of food, or time in the last 4 years of moving here from NYC.

Have not been to Main Moon in several years, but decided to give it another try. Just as bad as I remember. The only thing worse than the food was the owners ? teenaged son who was totally disrespectful. He screemed at me, and then abruptly tossed my order on to the counter. I ate half my chicken with cashews and tossed the rest it was so bad. I do not recommend Main Moon and I will not be back.

I stopped to pick up food to take to my mom's on Christmas. I put a note asking the food to be ready later as it would take a while before I got there. The food was ready and hot. The owner I'm assuming was so nice and gave me an extra egg roll and some candies before I left. The food was yummy but I felt like the genuinely warm interaction I had when I got there is more reason to pick something up next time I'm in the area.
