Maison Vivienne - Étlap

that was the worst restaurant in which we were four. the room was nice except that it was a greuel. the waiter was unclear, that was terrible and none of us ate it. we went to home and ate frozen pizza, some steps above what it serves. the worst and expensive.

First time visit was nothing to write home about. Beautiful setting for lunch but food didn’t match ambiance. We were the only people in the restaurant for weekend lunch. I had expected top notch food but everything I was served was way too salty. My husband thought his burger was top notch, to be fair; however, every item on my plate was nearly inedible because of saltiness. Hope the food might be improved because Maison Vivienne is such an attractive venue!

Ugh. I really wanted to love this place, as we are always on the search for quality food in Southampton. We made a reservation for the Sunday night before Labor Day. The outside area was nearly full when we arrived, with no one inside. The place itself is super cute and well decorated. We were greeted by a friendly host and seated immediately. Unfortunately, the service from that point on was just about non-existent. We had to flag down the waiter to order drinks and place our order. The pacing of the food was extremely slow and no one bothered to check on us once food did arrive. There appeared to be only a single server for the entire patio area... there easily should have been 3. My hope...
