"The quality of the hookah was poor and the service was slow, taking over an hour and a half to address a simple issue. The manager seemed more interested in socializing and smoking hookah with other patrons than ensuring everyone's needs were met. Overall, the experience was disappointing and it seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I have been a patron of this restaurant since it first opened, and I have to say that it has only improved with time! The food is consistently delicious and the hookah is top-notch. You guys truly are the best place near Long Island! This is our favorite spot for a relaxing and enjoyable evening out.

Had lunch here today and the white and African American waiters i had were amazing!!! Mad the experience one of the best I?ve ever had. The food was super good too. Tried the sweet chili Wings (amazingggg), jerk chicken, grilled chicken sandwich,falooda, and lemonade mojito. Everything was great and the staff was super nice as well!

I visited this restaurant today and had a great experience. The atmosphere was pleasant with no loud music or disruptive patrons. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The standout aspect of this restaurant is the exceptional service provided by the owner, who is very involved in the business. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to visiting again in the future.
